Birth Preparation Classes
My birth preparation courses are held in English and take place at my Doula Studio in Munich Schwabing. They give you the knowledge and practical tools you need to approach birth with confidence.
DOULA SUPPORT
You don’t have to navigate your journey alone, as your doula I stand by your side offering prenatal meetings, individual preparation and continuous 1-1 support during the birth of your baby.

Hi, I’m Julia – a certified labor and birth doula, mother and the person behind Mamiflow.
I know that preparing for birth can bring excitement, questions and sometimes uncertainty – especially when you’re having your baby far from home.
I’m here to offer a calm and supportive space where you can ask questions, explore your options and prepare for your birth in a way that feels right for you.
Whether you’re planning your first baby or welcoming another, my goal is simple: to help you feel informed, confident and supported – every step of the way.
