Hi, I’m Julia — a certified labor and birth doula, mother and the person behind Mamiflow.
I know that preparing for birth can bring excitement, questions and sometimes uncertainty — especially when you’re having your baby far from home.
I’m here to offer a calm and supportive space where you can ask questions, explore your options and prepare for your birth in a way that feels right for you.
Whether you’re planning your first baby or welcoming another, my goal is simple: to help you feel informed, confident and supported – every step of the way.
