Hi, I am Julia and I am an English-speaking doula in Munich.
I was trained by Melanie Schöne (Association “Doulas in Deutschland” e.V.) in 2021 and since then supported a lot of international clients and expats during pregnancy and birth.
As I am an active member of the DiD (>>> link to my profile) association I have a huge network of birth workers and doulas in Munich and Germany.
My mission as your doula:
I want to make sure you feel comfortable at any step of your birth journey, no matter what will happen. You need to know, that you can be yourself, that you can make your own decisions and that you can do whatever you want to do and whatever makes you feel safe and sheltered.
I will help you, to keep your mind and body in balance and to set up an environment of trust and privacy, no matter where you are from, what cultural background you have and where and how you want to give birth.
Since 2020 I also work as a maternity concierge offering all kind of help during pregnancy and postpartum, e.g. I can assist you with registrations, applications and timelines as well as setting up a safe and childproof nursery for your newborn.
